Sep 20, 2007 Charlottetown PE — Jeff Cooke, President of Cooke Insurance, recently announced a new partnership between Charlie Cook Insurance Agency Ltd. and the well known Maritime brokerage, Hutchinson & Warren Insurance Services Ltd. In making the announcement, Mr. Cooke noted that the merger strengthens the combined operation by fielding Maritime wide resources that will benefit the clients of both companies.
�When Charlie Cooke established Cooke Insurance in Charlottetown in 1972,� said Mr. Cooke, �he believed strongly that integrity and high standards would be a foundation for building strong, lasting client relationships. I guess it�s no surprise that my father turned out to be right on this.�

It was also announced that that the principals of Hutchinson & Warren will continue to play an important role in the new organization. Darren Warren takes on the role of Vice President for New Brunswick Operations and becomes a full partner in Charlie Cook Insurance Agency Ltd. Jack Churchill remains with the company and acts as General Manager for Nova Scotia operations based in Dartmouth.
