Featuring an intriguing origami theme that uses global currency to demonstrate how capital can be used more creatively and effectively, the integrated branding initiative will include print, direct mail, event marketing and online components.
Developed in conjunction with New York-based brand development firm The Halo Group, the striking print ads feature currency ingeniously folded in eye-catching shapes accompanied by taglines such as �Release your capital and it will return� and �Focus your capital to make a clear impact.� The campaign�s message underscores Guy Carpenter�s commitment to providing focused advocacy, developing breakthrough approaches to managing risk and helping clients become more efficient, more effective and ultimately more successful.

Coinciding with the launch of the �Capital Ideas� campaign, Guy Carpenter also announced that it will be �going blue.� Beginning on September 10, all communications bearing the Guy Carpenter name will adopt a new look, changing its color from green to blue and adopting a unified graphic treatment for its logo that includes MMC�s other operating companies.
The new brand initiative is designed to communicate the strength of Guy Carpenter, while presenting a more holistic view of the breadth of MMC�s resources and services.
In addition, Guy Carpenter announced that it will be changing the name of MMC Securities to GC Securities to better reflect its alignment with the firm and its Investment Banking Specialty Practice.
