LOMA’s simluation-based online course, “Working With Upset Customers”, received an APEX Award in the Special Purpose Electronic and Video Publications category. LOMA’s “Managing Time and Stress” online course earned an APEX Award in the Education & Training Electronic and Video Publications category.

The 19th Annual Awards for Publication Excellence is an international competition that recognizes outstanding works in communication and design within 11 major and 105 individual categories. Categories range from magazines and writing to Web sites and education and training. According to the APEX 2007 judges, “the awards were based on excellence in graphic design, quality of editorial content and the success of the entry in conveying the message and achieving overall communications effectiveness”.
