The recent growth in the user base has come from the Midwestern United States and Quebec regions resulting from the rollout of contracts signed in the fourth quarter of 2006. Additional pilot programs running in both Canada and the United States have also contributed to the increased adoption rate.
Concurrent with the increasing usage, Symbility is also pleased to announce that the system continues to scale to the adoption rate with a reliability index of 99.99% uptime and has been tracking to this rate since inception.
