Manulife Financial to administer group retirement savings plans for Rogers Communications Inc. employees

KITCHENER-WATERLOO, ON, July 5, 2006 – Manulife Financial is proud to welcome Rogers Communications Inc. to its family of Group Savings and Retirement Solutions (GSRS) clients.

When the Rogers plan takes effect August 1, 2006, Manulife will be the exclusive provider of employee benefits and pension savings plans for this leading Canadian firm. Manulife already provides Group Benefits coverage for Rogers employees.
