InSystems Launches IStream for Insurers

Suite Accelerates Product Development, Automates Document Assembly and Compliance, Boosts Collaboration

MARKHAM, ON, March 23, 2006 – InSystems, specialists in automating complex documents and compliance for insurers, announces the launch of IStream – a suite of integrated products and services that bundles services required for various aspects of insurance processing, including:

  • Product development

  • State filing and regulatory compliance

  • Sales and application support

  • Document assembly and delivery

  • Document storage and retrieval

  • Customer communication

The suite’s four modules, ProductFlow, SalesFlow, ContentFlow, and ServiceFlow, integrate the functionality of formerly discrete software applications that were sold under the brand names Calligo Enterprise, Calligo Doc Services, Correspondence, Tracker, Fastforms, and Writer.

“Business processes are fluid and evolving as market opportunities and customer demands change. IStream puts process control where it belongs, at users’ fingertips,” said Neil Betteridge, Vice President, Marketing. “It delivers everything insurers expect from InSystems – operational ease, organizational fit, intelligent architecture, process flexibility, interactive synergy, institutional strength, unfailing support, and responsive speed.”

IStream helps insurers develop products more quickly, file them with state insurance departments more efficiently, flawlessly produce customized documents, improve compliance control, reduce the risk of non-compliance fines, and get new products to market faster.

To support the launch of IStream, InSystems will be introducing a print advertising campaign, beginning in the spring edition of Windows in Financial Services and the April edition of Insurance Networking News, followed by insertions in other insurance media outlets. Additionally, InSystems will be overhauling its corporate website to include IStream, reflect the evolution of its products and services, and align its web presence with its new market positioning and the capabilities it can provide to insurers seeking profitable growth.
