The state-of-art facility is spread over an area of 200,000 sq. ft. 24/7 Customer will be hiring over 2000 professionals to offer services in life and motor insurance. This is the second facility that 24/7 Customer has established in Chennai.
24/7 Customer has a 50,000sq ft., dedicated delivery center with a capacity of 500 seats, that services other Global 1000 clients.
24/7 Customer set up a separate subsidiary in April 2003, to serve Aviva’s customers in UK. In December 2005, 24/7 Customer launched a 1700 seats facility in Bangalore, servicing UK and Canadian operations of Aviva. The launch of the facility is an integral part of 24/7 Customer’s expansion and growth for 2006. 24/7 Customer will continue to increase its service offerings for customer centric processes.
