iWay Software to Continue Building and Supporting Adapters for Microsoft BizTalk Server
New York, NY – August 2, 2005 – iWay Software, an Information Builders company and the leading adaptive software provider, today announced that it is selling source code and intellectual property rights for eight of its most common .NET-based application adapters to Microsoft. The adapters allow Microsoft BizTalk Server to more easily communicate with PeopleSoft, J.D. Edwards, Oracle applications, Oracle databases, Siebel, TIBCO Rendezvous, TIBCO EMS, and Clarify applications. Outside of these eight adapters, iWay Software will continue to build, develop, and sell directly other application and data adapters for BizTalk Server.
“Microsoft will now be able to provide a complete solution that involves popular applications and middleware integration without relying on third parties for sales, support, or implementation,” says John Senor, president of iWay Software. “They are still relying on iWay for additional, less common adapters.
