CoVirt to be a Participating Sponsor of MGA Conference

TORONTO, May 13 – CoVirt Inc. (Canada), the Canadian leader in Internet-based life insurance administration services for Managing General Agents (MGAs) announced today that it will be a Participating Sponsor of the MGA conference entitled “Changing Channel: Managing General Agencies at the Crossroads” to be held June 9 & 10, 2005 at Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

The conference is organized by the Advisor Group and will feature new research findings conducted jointly with the NewLink Group on the precise challenges faced by MGAs. Five panels comprised primarily of representatives of multiple MGAs will focus the discussions and delegates will have the opportunity to engage in discussion and debate on the research findings. Topics will include downloading, consolidation, compensation, technology and the role of associations.

The conference is presented with the support of the Canadian Association of Independent Life Broker Agencies (CAILBA), of which CoVirt is also a member. Attendance is restricted to representatives of MGAs and sponsoring companies. Tim Fitzpatrick, President of CoVirt, will be attending.
