Partnership speeds delivery of documents for claims
May 5,2005 Milton, ON — In our continuing effort to provide claims professionals with all the documents and information they need to process claims, the Insurance Search Bureau of Canada (ISB) is pleased to announce the launch of a valuable partnership with the New York State Highway Patrol.
This latest partnering will enable ISB to greatly enhance the turn-around times on accident reports for our insurance claims clients.
“For several years, ISB has enjoyed a working relationship with the New York Department of Motor Vehicles and with this new arrangement, we will be able obtain Highway Patrol accident reports in as little as 15 minutes,� says Michael Damm, President of ISB. �This will be especially beneficial pertaining to losses that occur outside of Canada and for claims involving policyholders or transportation loads in transit.”
He adds, “The faster we can furnish our clients with information and source documents, the better they are able to complete files thoroughly and control their costs.”
The partnership also augments ISB�s vast network of police report sources throughout North America.
