Horizon plans to migrate additional products and lines of business to the system as usage evolves. In addition, it is exploring additional opportunities to leverage the robust, flexible Document Management System portion of the InSystems solution to achieve further efficiencies. “We see lots of additional areas where we can utilize InSystems Calligo Doc Services capabilities to better serve our customers and reduce costs,” says Mehta. “We’re looking at exploring DMS capabilities for other applications.”
