10 November 2004 (Milton ON) — ISB announces the inaugural Claims Information Training School to be held on November 30, 2004, 9:00 am 3:00 pm at the ISB Corporate Head Office in Milton, Ontario.
For some time, executives from the Canadian P&C claims industry have requested that ISB hold a regularly scheduled training school. We have designed a curriculum to empower the attendees to take full advantage of the sources of information and documents available to them in the handling of a claim. Claims Information Training School will be held quarterly, concentrating not only on the information available but also designed to educate the attendees in deciphering the information contained in the documents. The attendees will participate in interactive sessions applying their knowledge to real case studies.
Guest Speaker Jim Regan of Regan Desjardins.
We are pleased to welcome Jim Regan as the guest lecturer for the inaugural Claims Information Training School. Jim will teach the class about information which should and should not be contained in a claim file.
