training materials which assist claim professionals in obtaining and
using information. With your help ISB has developed the Easy Reference
Guide for Claim Documents, a tool to assist claim adjusters in obtaining
the critical documents needed in the handling of a claim. Side 1 of the
Guide provides a listing of the common documents required in the
handling of a claim by category. Side 2 provides a description of the
information required to conduct the Search as well as the details
contained in the Documents.
The Guide as a pdf can be downloaded and printed. Please use it and pass it along
to others.
