The Company’s Business Analysts are able to set up and maintain their Products, Forms and User profiles from their offices.

Reports and Documents are stored on line in the Picom Document Management module, available 24×7 from any Web Browser. Documents can be printed to any connected printer or Emailed as PDF attachments.

The Financial Reporting Module is posted daily with all activity from the policy, billing, claim and reinsurance processing.

The Customer Inquiry Module provides fast access to all Policy, Billing, Claims and Reinsurance information for the company’s CSRs and Agents.

The POS module is available as a stand-alone Windows .NET application for Agents offices or available over the Internet via a Web Browser. The POS module provides Quotes and full policy application processing by the Agents; accepted policy applications are uploaded into the Company’s Policy Underwriting system.
