Toronto (June 27, 2003) A lot of hard work has paid off for Canada’s largest association of professional financial advisors. Advocis was formally recognized by one of its suppliers yesterday as making tremendous improvements to its administrative and processing systems – an integral part of the Association’s long-term strategy to provide its members with enhanced service.
“We’ve come a long way towards improving our use of relationship management software to better meet our members’ needs,” said Brent Bailey, vice-president of operations. “Our ongoing goal is to continue to make improvements to both the software and our methods, so that every time members contact our office, they get the information they need, the guidance they deserve, and the service they expect from their professional association.”
Advocis was the recipient of the “Achieving Great Things” award, presented at the 2003 Discovery Conference in Alexandria, Virginia. The award recognizes companies that have employed the iMIS software package, developed by Advanced Solutions International Inc., to increase productivity and improve communication to its customers.
Advocis is Canada’s largest association of financial advisors, with members in 50 chapters across the country. Advocis members adhere to a strict Code of Professional Conduct, meet ongoing continuing education requirements, and are committed to putting the interests of their clients first.
