SecureServe from Liberty Health receives more online enhancements

Markham, ON (Jan. 24, 2003) — Sophisticated plan sponsors, plan members and plan advisors are all continuing to demand specific online functionality that is both flexible and comprehensive, and delivered in a secure environment. The need for online self-administration for plan members, program management through flexible reporting for plan sponsors and advisors, and HRIS type of functionality for plan administrators has influenced these next set of enhancements that are part of Liberty Health’s current release of SecureServe.

“We are thrilled to introduce our expanded online capabilities to our plan sponsors, plan members and plan advisors. The changes incorporated in our newest release respond to all of the dynamic functionality that has been demanded of us by our external stakeholders to better manage their own plans through innovative enrolment capabilities, online billing features and plan member benefit statements and services,” explains Ashim Khemani, Senior Vice-President Group Markets. “This expanded capability continues to demonstrate our commitment to delivering excellent customer service by enhancing the innovative online capabilities that SecureServe offers.”

SecureServe is a bilingual, multi-channel service delivery platform that integrates all points of customer contact. This unique offering combines the contact centre voice and IVR capability with virtually 7×24 online Internet capability to provide Liberty Health’s clients, plan advisors and plan members with secure access to a wide range of information and interactive service tools.

“One of the major benefits of this online service for our customers is the immediate resolution of customer generated transactions, elimination of paper records by processing transactions in a secure online environment, as well as the opportunity to increase plan member participation in changing or accessing benefit information,” Mr. Khemani added. “SecureServe continues to be an important tool for us in achieving our commitment to delivering industry leading customer service. As a national carrier, the bilingual capability, user friendly screens and online help facility are all important components to ensure this service will be used and understood,” says Mr. Khemani.

This service is available today in the secure area of Liberty Health’s website www.coverme.com. Plan members, administrators or advisors can enter the SecureServe portion of the website through the main page.
