This new service, which is being offered by the Group’s three life insurance companies – Industrial Alliance, Industrial Alliance Pacific and National Life – allows plan administrators to conduct transactions online in real time and permits plan members to access their personal files whenever they wish.

Thanks to Web@dmin, group plan administrators will now be able to enrol new members and their dependants, make address changes and update files. They will also be able to view their premium statements, validate premiums that have been paid out as well as print account statements and various administrative forms.
For their part, members will be able to view information detailing their level of coverage and that of their dependants, verify the status of medical and dental claims, obtain the exact amount of benefits that were paid during the year and check the balance of their health spending account. Members will also be able to print insurance certificates, drug cards and claim forms as needed.
Web@dmin’s creators went to great lengths to ensure the protection of personal information and ease of use in order to ensure user confidence and satisfaction. A help menu, FAQs and user support services, which are made available using either a toll-free number or e-mail, provide administrators and members with fast and personalized assistance when they need it. Web@dmin is already being employed by a large number of plan administrators and members, who particularly appreciate its user-friendly design.
