Accident Benefit Training Solutions – New Tools to Train Accident Benefit Staff: announced by DKT Consulting Services

December 2, 2002, Waterloo, ON — DKT Consulting Services announces the launch of new training tools to help train Accident Benefit staff. The Self-directed program is designed to help companies resolve their dilemma of “How do we provide training on an ongoing basis when the staff keeps changing?” The program offers flexibility in delivery that provides the option of “training at any time, based on needs”. The program will be available in January 2003.

The training modules have been implemented successfully over the past 5 months with an insurer in Toronto. They cover everything from:

  • How to Investigate an Accident Benefit claim, and
  • How to Deliver Benefits,

  • The Purpose and Utilization of each FSCO Form,
  • The meaning of Vocational Rehabilitation, and
  • much more.

The modules are designed to be used independently, to be incorporated into your own internal training program, or to be used in conjunction with a fully qualified trained AB specialist who assists in the education process.
