The Investigative Engineers Association (I-ENG-A) presents to the insurance industry and claims litigation clients a diverse, experienced and cost-efficient group of professional investigative engineering firms that can provide claims support and assist in the control of soaring claims settlement costs. The network consists of more than seventy (70) independently owned engineering firms in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Through the local affiliate, expertise of practicing investigative engineering firms and design professionals may be accessed throughout North America.
Due to each member’s ability to tap information and assistance from the network, our investigative range is unmatched. I-ENG-A members provide timely services and on time reports that are clear, concise, complete and efficiently produced. Technical bulletins are exchanged via an email information exchange system to consistently provide continuing education through members’ experiential learning. The information is stored for future access, as we have learned that similar cases arise and having this knowledge saves time when researching (see below ‘Discussion Forum’ information).
No single firm, regardless of its size or how broad-based its coverage, can possibly provide the level of service the combined efforts of an international network can offer. Thus, I-ENG-A’s whole is truly greater than the sum of its parts.
I-ENG-A’s Strength…
I-ENG-A’s member firms have completed thousands of engineering assignments for virtually every major carrier (and many independent adjusters) involving millions of dollars in property, casualty and liability claims. This experience has enabled us to amass an extensive library of research data and case histories to assist us in current investigations. Often what we uncover in one investigation is effective in analyzing similar cases.
The I-ENG-A Team…
Then needed, groups of highly trained and experienced specialists are consulted to provide expertise in disciplines outside the capabilities offered by the local firm. Since flexibility, innovation and quality are the backbone of engineering excellence I-ENG-A, strives to ensure they are reflected in all of its work.
The team approach prepares us to face unlimited situations. Whether the study involves a fire, roof collapse, environmental issues, land slippage, wind damage, product failure, contamination, chemical analysis or traffic accident reconstruction, we can work together quickly to find answers.
