Markham, Ontario, September 30, 2002 – Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO), a leading source of information, products and services related to property and liability risk has signed a license and services agreement with InSystems, a leading provider of e-business solutions to financial services organizations, for an integrated document management/compliance automation solution.

The integrated solution combines InSystems Calligo for enterprise document automation and InSystems Tracker for enterprise compliance automation. By deploying the solution, ISO will have the ability to streamline its workflow from Product Development to Product Delivery. This fully-integrated solution will enable ISO to create, modify and deliver products such as state-approved policy forms and endorsements via the Internet; other electronic channels and on paper; implement new business strategies quickly; and, speed time to market.

By deploying the InSystems solution, ISO will be able to:

  • provide a single source access to document and filing status information by all authorized users
  • achieve productivity gains through a reengineered workflow
  • improve data integrity and security, and
  • eliminate redundancies.
