announces a major contract win with Co-operators General Insurance Company Limited
(Barbados). Under the contract Sherwood will supply FrontTier, it’s business processing
and workflow management application for the P & C market. This implementation will
further strengthen Sherwood’s position in the North American and Caribbean markets.
Co-operators will initially use Sherwood’s FrontTier
solution to provide policy and quote management, document fulfilment and claim
administration functionality for their personal home and auto lines of business. In
addition to this, Sherwood will be providing its advanced Workflow and Document Management
capabilities that will support Co-operators goals of increased efficiency and reduced distribution costs.
Sherwood will also provide its ceded reinsurance solution
ProCede that is interfaced to the FrontTier Claims and Policy Administration systems. The
culmination of FrontTier and ProCede provides Co-operators with the advantage of a
complete front-to-back P & C solution that is unmatched in the industry.
