which includes 7/24 support and a number of other significant enhancements for end users.
INGENIUM 6.2 enhancements include:

The ability to run batch processes concurrently with the online system,

Support for processing premium payments via credit cards and

A number of tax and regulatory related improvements.
Specifically, the new enhancements allow insurers to extend
the number of service hours provided to customers through the batch process improvement.
Additionally, INGENIUM now stores credit card information and attaches it to the client,
the payor and the policy. Automated credit card billing data feeds are processed and sent
to selected credit card companies for payment. Lastly, INGENIUM 6.2 provides recognition
and support for tax withholding and reporting processes for United States and Canadian
locations. It also calculates the seven-pay premiums and guideline premiums using first principles.
