Social Business In its first 15 years, the Internet transformed business and communications by making a world of information available at our fingertips thanks to email connectivity and the ability to move digital information electronically with ease. The second phase – Web 2.0 – is growing quickly, allowing individuals to communicate in new ways, share information more easily and collaborate more effectively. This section of the Insurance-Canada.ca website focuses on the ongoing evolution of the social business environment and will make use of these new channels and tools as we too learn them.
