Knowledge is THE competitive advantage in life insurance underwriting and servicing. Until recently, this has solely required the attraction and retention of key knowledge workers. While people power cannot be ignored, a discipline, referred to as Knowledge Management, is emerging to help capture, store, re-use and extend the value of scarce people resources.

The rapid evolution of intuitive computing and the extension of data access through means such as the internet are now allowing for better support for knowledge workers and for improved retention of competitive decision making information. The session will be facilitated by Doug Grant CIP, Principal, Insurance-Canada.ca, insurance professional with extensive experience using the Internet for insurance business.

This half day session will be held Friday January 17, 2003. Registration (with coffee) will start at 8:00. The session will begin promptly at 8:30 and conclude at noon.

Cost for the seminar including handout material, lunch and coffee is $275.00 plus G.S.T. ($294.25). Payment is due in advance.
