Conference Details: Location, Fees, and Registration

This full-day session will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Registration (with coffee) will start at 8:00. The session will begin promptly at 8:45 and conclude at about 5:00 with the exhibit area open until about 5:30, with coffee available.

Conference Location and Accommodation

Toronto Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre, 525 Bay Street, at Bay and Dundas (Closest subway stop: Yonge and Dundas).

We have made arrangements for a conference special hotel rate of $169.00, available until 27 January 2008 at this same hotel.

Guests may reserve by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-905-0667. To receive the special rate, guests should quote "Insurance-Canada group rate".

Or register online - the code for the special rate is already included.

Conference Fees

Cost, including handout material, lunch and coffee: $695.00 for individuals, or $625 each for two or more from the same company.

Payment is due in advance. Receipts will be issued upon request.

Payment details

Payment may be made cheque or credit card, or we will invoice you upon request. In all cases, follow the on-line registration process where the options will be presented.

• Cheques should be made out to Insurance-Canada.ca, and mailed to Insurance-Canada.ca, Attn: Dave Gibbons, 207 Carlton Road, Markham, ON L3R 3L9. Please send by regular mail (do not courier)

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing by January 27, 2008 subject to an administration fee of $50.00 plus $3.00 GST for a total of $53.00.
Please note that if you register for the conference and do not attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you cancel within the period stated above.
If you register after January 27, 2008 your order is firm. A refund will not be given; however, a delegate substitution is welcome at any time.
