for content and structure of Insurance-Canada.ca, a leading Canadian Insurance
resource web-centre for consumer and insurance professional alike.
Organizer and presentor at scheduled Insurance Canada
conferences which discuss the impact on some element of Insurance by Internet technologies.
Topics have included Distribution, Supporting the Insurance Intermediary,
Claims, Business Intelligence, etc.
Columnist on e-business and insurance for various publications, including The Alberta Broker magazine.
Has consulted primarily with insurance organizations on the
effective use of the Internet, from identification of potential uses through
prioritization to implementation planning.
Married with two sons, the second a recent university graduate. Lives in Cabbagetown
in downtown Toronto.
