Mr. Gibbons graduated from Queen’s University with a B.Sc. in Engineering and Mathematics. He is currently a Management Consultant, specializing in start-ups, turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions in the Services industry.

Insurance-Canada.ca Inc. – President

To provide a solid base from which the company could grow, Mr. Gibbons: changed the company’s legal name, defined new product offerings and pricing models, negotiated new partnership agreements, developed employment contracts, defined new sales plans and managed projects to upgrade the content and design of the website. The company has set new records, in both revenue and the number of visitors to their website, every year since Mr. Gibbons became President.

Ajilon Canada Inc. – Advisor to the President

Mr. Gibbons, advised on management roles, responsibilities and organization; defined and managed the implementation of a new sales plan; and project-managed the acquisition and merger of two companies into Ajilon Canada’s operations.

1991-1999     CMR Contract Management Resources Inc.

In 1991 Mr. Gibbons started CMR, a management consulting firm that specialized in providing organizations with experienced information technology managers and technical specialists on a consulting or contract basis. CMR had a consistent track record of growth in revenues and profits and was a finalist in the Financial Post’s “Canada’s 50 Best Managed Private Companies” program in 1994. CMR was acquired by Ajilon Canada in 1999.

1981-1991     LGS Group Inc. - Senior Vice President

Mr. Gibbons was a key individual in the growth of LGS from the 25 person computer consulting firm he joined as a partner in 1981 to the over 700 person firm he left in 1991. During this time he performed a variety of jobs from opening and managing the first LGS office outside Quebec to directing the operations of 7 branch offices across Canada. He was actively involved in negotiating two acquisitions. He was a member of the Board of Directors and was part of the management team that took LGS public in 1986. LGS was acquired by IBM Canada in 2000.

During his fourteen years with IBM, Mr. Gibbons held a series of technical, sales and management positions.
