I guess my farmer childhood still peeks through from time to time. It was with some joy that I heard the patter of raindrops the other day, only our second rainfall since May. As we water only a few potted plants and one little section of flower garden, everything else is more than parched. It seems rain has fallen all around us, but rarely a drop here. I eagerly anticipate more raindrops, as the recent one hardly accumulated to even a centimetre.
