The Vertical Growth Network® Merges With The Sitkins 100™
Rick Bauman, Founder and President of The Vertical Growth Network®, announced today that effective June 1, 2008, his organization will merge with The Sitkins 100™, to form Sitkins International. Sitkins International is a membership organization advising high performance insurance brokers and agents located in Canada, United States, and Latin America.
Bauman said “We felt it was essential to protect the interests of our Members by securing a long-term ownership structure. Sitkins International brings tremendous new capabilities for our Members – coaching depth, technology, intellectual capital and networking opportunities. I will now be in a position to bring even more energy and capability to my coaching and facilitating role”.
Roger Sitkins, CEO of Sitkins International, said “Rick Bauman and I have enjoyed a ten year working relationship which has been very beneficial to both organizations. This is a very natural evolution of our relationship.”
The combined organization will have over 125 Members throughout the Western Hemisphere, who collectively manage more than $3.5 Billion of insurance premiums. Larry Linne, President of Sitkins International, said “We are excited about what this merger will do for our brand. This strategic decision will allow us to provide more resources and value to the Sitkins International Members”.
