Got a complaint about your insurance?
If your complaint concerns a licensed property and casualty insurance broker in Ontario, contact the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO). RIBO is a self-regulatory organization that regulates and enforces the Code of Conduct for property and casualty insurance brokers in Ontario. If you have a complaint regarding a RIBO-licensed insurance broker, contact their Consumer Complaints Officer at (416) 365-1900 or toll-free at 1-800-265-3097.

Want to report a case of insurance fraud?
It is estimated that 10-15% of every dollar policyholders pay for insurance goes to pay false claims.
Call Crime Stoppers, at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). If your tip helps police or an insurance company catch someone who is committing fraud, you may be eligible for a cash reward. Your identity will remain anonymous.
