The Insurance-Canada.ca Technology Awards (ICTAs) recognize organizations whose implementation of technology in the Canadian Property & Casualty Insurance industry show the greatest positive impact on the business of Insurance in Canada.

The 2012 ICTAs will be presented on Monday March 5, 2012, at an Awards Luncheon at the 10th annual Insurance-Canada.ca Technology Conference.

The Luncheon will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel (Lower Concourse level).

ICTA Luncheon Format

- Registration and seating will begin at 11:45.
- Lunch will begin promptly at 12:15 and end at 2:45

During the Luncheon the 2012 ICTA winners will be recognized and presented with their awards.

The Technology Conference Keynote speaker will address both conference delegates and ICTA attendees at the combined sit down Luncheon.

Those who have tickets for the ICTA luncheon only (ie not the full Conference) may visit the conference exhibit area either before or after lunch.

ICTA Luncheon Reservations

Organizations and individuals wishing to attend the ICTA Luncheon have two options:

a) Attend the 2012 ICTA Luncheon only

Reservations are available at $175 per individual or $125 each for two or more from the same company.

All ICTA luncheon reservations include a pass to the exhibit area.

b) Attend both the 2012 Technology Conference and ICTA Luncheon

Registration fees, including continental breakfast, ICTA luncheon and reception:
$750 for individuals, or $700 each for two or more from the same company.

Early Bird special registration fees, valid only to January 20, 2012:
$650 for individuals, or $600 each for two or more from the same company.

Payment details

Payment is due in advance. 13% HST (Ontario) will be added to all conference registrations and ICTA Luncheon reservations.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Just follow the on-line registration process.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing by January 20, 2012, subject to an administration fee of $100.00 plus $13.00 HST for a total of $113.00.

Please note that if you register for the conference and do not attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you cancel within the period stated above.

If you register after January 20, 2012, your order is firm. A refund will not be given; however, a delegate substitution is welcome at any time.
